Dear
Friend of Save the Children,
Save the Children,
the leading independent organization that creates real and
lasting change for children in need in the United States and
around the world, is embarking on a project to redesign its website. The goal is
to improve the experience for people who care about
Save the Children's mission and visit its
website.
Because you are a special part of the Save the
Children family, you have been selected to participate in
important research we are doing. We are launching a new website
next year and want to be sure we have considered the opinions of
friends like you.
We will be conducting personal
interviews about impressions of Save the Children's
website and your feedback will help guide the development of
this project.
We will be conducting our interviews on
December 1 and 2, 2009 in Westport, CT at
Save the Children Headquarters and hope that you will
join us. We would ask that you schedule approximately one hour
for the interview, and we will only ask for your participation
on one of the two days.
This is your chance to get
involved and help make a difference for children in need. If you
are interested in participating and available to meet with us,
please call Jon Aley at 203-221-4066 or email
jaley@savechildren.org.
You do not need to have a technical background or have
extensive on-line experience. All we ask is that you come
prepared to spend about an hour with us and participate in some
exercises that will help us improve your website
experience.
In return for your valuable time, you will
have an opportunity to choose an item selected from the
Save the Children gift shop.
Thank you in
advance for helping Save the Children improve the
on-line experience for people who care about children in need.

CEO Save the Children
